Andriy Pasichnyk was appointed to the position of a member of the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine by the decision of the High Council of Justice dated June 1, 2023.
Candidate of Law (2012), holds the academic title of Associate Professor (2015), author of over thirty scientific papers in the field of law. He is a lawyer and until 2020 practiced in the fields of corporate, civil and administrative law. He studied management at the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.
In 2020–2023, he headed the Department of Full Audits of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption. He has significant experience in the field of preventing and combating corruption, introducing digital tools into the practice of a state body, and project management.
Andriy Pasichnyk is the Chairman of the Commission - the Chairman of the First Chamber and a member of the Third Board of the Commission. He heads the working group on assessing corruption risks in the activities of the Commission.
